Coaching Agreement
- Purpose of Coaching
- Coaching is a professional development process designed to support reflection, growth, and clarity.
- Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or consulting. If such services are needed, you will be referred to an appropriate professional.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- The coach’s role is to partner with you in a thought-provoking and creative process that supports your self-discovery and action.
- You, the client, remain fully responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, and results.
- Confidentiality
- All coaching conversations are confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm.
- Notes or recordings (if you consent) are stored securely and never shared externally without your permission.
- Commitment
- Coaching works best when you attend sessions on time, engage openly, and take ownership of agreed practices between sessions.
- Outcomes are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your own effort, reflection, and context.
- Boundaries
- Coaching is future-focused and does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
- The coach does not make decisions for you, but will support you in exploring perspectives, setting goals, and taking aligned action.
- Consent
- By ticking the box on the onboarding form and submitting it, you consent to these Terms electronically, which constitutes a binding agreement under the Singapore Electronic Transactions Act.
- In the event of conflict between this Coaching Agreement and the general Terms of Service below, the Coaching Agreement will prevail in respect of coaching services.
